theshoesalon.com accepts returned merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase for either a refund or in-store credit. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original packaging/box. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the product. Items not returned within 15 days are considered final sales and are not returnable.

Refunds issued will be for the price of the merchandise plus tax if applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
