theshoesalon.com accepts returned merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase for either a refund or in-store credit.

 

To receive credit:

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original box. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the product.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.  Items not returned within 15 days are considered final sales and are not returnable.
  • Include your name, address, phone number and the order number inside the box

 

Refunds issued will be for the price of the merchandise plus tax if applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
